Job summary

Haemonetics Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Training and Development to design, develop, and deliver high-impact sales training programs that drive revenue growth across the sales organization.

In this role, you will partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps, prioritize development initiatives, and build scalable onboarding and ongoing development pathways for multiple role types at Haemonetics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or enablement.
• Proven curriculum development, training content creation, and facilitation.
• Experience identifying sales performance gaps and implementing targeted development programs.
• MedTech, healthcare, or medical device sales experience preferred; regulated environments familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and execution of sales training programs aligned to business goals.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to assess performance, identify skill gaps, and prioritize development initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive sales training curricula across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning).
• Create high-quality content including playbooks, facilitator guides, learner materials, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to sales teams; facilitate workshops, role plays, and simulations.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms; ensure compliance and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Sales Operations to align messaging and training priorities.
