Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement.
• Proven track record in curriculum development, training content creation, and facilitation.
• Experience identifying performance gaps and implementing development programs.
• Strong training delivery across live, virtual, and blended formats.
• Experience managing training programs with tracking and reporting.
• Ability to influence and partner with Sales Leadership.
• MedTech, healthcare, or medical device sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of sales training programs aligned to business goals.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to assess performance, identify skill gaps, and prioritize initiatives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to sales leaders on training needs and continuous improvement.
• Build and scale best-in-class sales training frameworks including onboarding, tools, and selling skills.
• Design and deliver curricula across in-person, virtual, and eLearning modalities.
• Create facilitator guides, learner materials, and assessments.
• Ensure content aligns with product positioning and customer engagement strategies.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and completion tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Sales Ops to align messaging.
