Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, build frameworks, and deliver executive-ready recommendations.
• Proven track record influencing senior Sales leaders and aligning cross-functional partners.
• Analytical rigor with complex datasets and SQL/Excel modeling to identify trends.
• Excellent storytelling to present data-driven insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales segment and channel leaders.
• Own the Weekly Business Review cadence for segments including pipeline, performance, and forecasting.
• Design and execute sales plays with Sales and CSM leadership to drive adoption and revenue.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional improvements to boost sales effectiveness.
• Turn data into decisions with deep-dive analyses on activation, usage, and productivity.
• Provide input for territory design, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with GTM Strategy, BI, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align initiatives.
• Evaluate AI tools and automation to scale analytics and improve efficiency.
