Job summary

G2 is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Revenue team in a remote US role. You will independently own ad hoc analyses, build forecasting models, and partner with Sales Leadership to shape go-to-market strategy across both recurring revenue and advertising businesses.

You will collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and other Ops teams to streamline reporting, develop dashboards, and deliver executive-level materials.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/business operations, sales strategy, or related analytical experience.
• Strong Excel/GSheet/BI skills with experience building reporting and conducting ad hoc analysis across large data sets.
• Fluency in SaaS/recurring revenue and Ads metrics.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Well-organized and a strong communicator, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Independently own ad hoc analyses and sales strategy for recurring revenue and advertising businesses, scoping and driving projects and using data-driven thinking to inform decisions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategy across revenue streams.
• Determine approaches for analyses across multiple data sets and tools to answer time-sensitive questions from Sales and Revenue leadership.
• Identify performance trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for Sales leadership.
• Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting (dashboards, materials) providing real-time visibility into pipeline, bookings, and quota attainment.
