Toptal is seeking a highly versatile Sales Recruiter to partner with Sales leaders to strategically attract and hire top-tier sales talent across all levels—from individual contributors to VP level—in a fully remote environment. You will own the full life-cycle recruiting process, influence strategy, and deliver world-class candidate experiences while collaborating with Hiring Managers.

This remote role is open to candidates in the United States or Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of proven success in recruitment, with part in-house.
• Minimum 3 years of sales recruiting experience for enterprise-level roles.
• Experience recruiting from professional services with complex solution selling.
• Experience hiring for roles with P&L ownership.
• Partnership with Hiring Managers to guide end-to-end process.
• Proactive hunt-to-hire approach and strong candidate assessment.
• Detail-oriented with clean pipelines and timely communications.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for all Sales roles with leadership alignment.
• Proactively source and engage top talent across global markets.
• Screen and outreach candidates, communicating role details clearly.
• Design interview processes that align with hiring bar and role requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates through each interview stage.
• Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and Zoom.
