Toptal is seeking a highly versatile Sales Recruiter to partner with Sales leaders, attract top-tier sales talent, and own full life-cycle recruiting from outreach to offer. You will act as a trusted advisor to help interview teams hire effectively and efficiently in a fast-growing, remote environment.

This remote role requires candidates be located in the United States or Canada. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruitment (including 3+ years in sales) are required, with experience in

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of proven success in recruitment, with at least part of that experience in-house.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales recruiting experience, focusing on enterprise-level sales talent.
• Experience recruiting from professional services with complex solutions.
• Experience hiring for roles with P&L ownership and business operations understanding.
• Strong partnership with Hiring Managers to guide end-to-end recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for all Sales roles, partnering with Executive and Sales Leadership to meet hiring goals.
• Proactively source, identify and engage top talent across markets.
• Conduct thorough outreach and screening across channels, communicating role details and candidate fit.
• Design and coordinate customized interview processes aligned with high hiring bar.
• Act as primary point of contact for candidates through all interview stages.
