Job summary

Toptal, a global fully remote network of top talent, is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to build and maintain strong pipelines for sales roles and proactively source talent across markets.

You will partner with executive and sales leadership, screen and engage candidates, and design interview processes aligned with Toptal’s hiring bar, contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in sales recruiting.
• Proven track record hiring enterprise-level sales talent, preferably from professional services.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate assessment skills.
