Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Business Analyst, New Construction Sales Analytics to strengthen the sales engine by managing forecasting, territory and pipeline data and core sales processes for predictable revenue delivery.

You will own day-to-day sales ops activities, including pipeline tracking, territory and account updates, and performance reporting to surface actionable insights for leaders and partners, driving growth and better customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales ops or analytics.
• 5+ years in sales operations or revenue operations supporting sales teams.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience with SQL and BI tools (Domo/Tableau) and translating insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance).

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting, territory and pipeline data and core sales processes.
• Own day-to-day sales operations activities including pipeline tracking and territory updates.
• Produce performance reporting and actionable insights for leaders.
• Lead pricing refreshes and maintain data quality through audits.
• Own production dashboards in Domo and coordinate cross-functional projects.
