Job summary

ZipRecruiter is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Business Analyst in a hybrid US role. You will apply Salesforce expertise to optimize Enablement tech, capture business needs, and drive data-driven insights across Revenue Operations.

This hands-on position requires collaborating with Product Owners and Technical Product Managers, supporting sprint status, Jira dashboards, and Salesforce work tied to user stories.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations.
3+ years Salesforce platform experience with Sales/Service Cloud.
Certifications in Salesforce required.
Experience with Scrum/Agile and Jira.

Responsibilities

Facilitate meetings to understand business pain points and define action items.
Translate business requirements into functional system designs.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
Lead end-to-end Sales Enablement system projects.
Organize Agile ceremonies: standups, planning, retrospectives, demos.
Deliver solutions that improve user experience and reduce time and cost.
Develop reports and dashboards and audit data integrity.
