Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related analytical role.
• 3+ years of call center operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales operations lifecycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and quota administration.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and DA leadership to streamline processes and remove roadblocks.
• Serve as a point of contact for sales enablement tools, systems, and processes across the DA organization.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and scorecards for KPIs and trends.
• Monitor data integrity across CRM and sales systems and drive continuous improvement.
