Recorded Future, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering for the US Public Sector to lead a distributed team of Sales Engineers supporting Federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community customers. The role emphasizes building a scalable operating model, coaching teams, and driving technical wins.

You will partner with Public Sector sales, Product, and Professional Services to improve customer outcomes and advance the Public Sector strategy. Remote work is available within the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading a Sales Engineering, PreSales, or technical selling organization within cybersecurity.
• Meaningful experience supporting Public Sector customers (Federal/DoD/Intelligence Community).
• Deep knowledge of threat intelligence and security operations.
• Experience building or improving Sales Engineering processes and operating rhythms.
• Ability to guide complex customer conversations and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Sales Engineers serving Federal, DoD, IC, Civilian, and State/Local Government clients.
• Standardize discovery, demonstrations, Proof of Value engagements, and post-sale handoffs.
• Partner with Public Sector sales leaders to align Account Director and SE accountability.
• Drive strategic opportunities and secure technical wins through hands-on leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Intelligence Services, and Channel teams.
• Establish transparent performance metrics and operating rhythms across the team.
