Recorded Future in the US Public Sector is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering to lead and expand a distributed team of sales engineers supporting Federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community customers. You will shape technical discovery, value engagements, and post-sale handoffs.

You bring 4+ years in leadership of security-focused pre-sales, deep threat intelligence knowledge, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading a Sales Engineering or PreSales organization within cybersecurity
• Experience supporting Federal, DoD, or Intelligence Community customers
• Deep knowledge of threat intelligence and security operations (SIEM, SOAR, APIs)
• Experience building or improving Sales Engineering processes, coverage models, operating rhythms, and performance visibility
• Hands-on, highly accountable leadership style with strong cross-functional communication skills

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Sales Engineers serving US Public Sector customers (Federal, DoD, IC, Civilian, State & Local)
• Establish a consistent operating model across team coverage and technical sales processes
• Assess team capabilities and capacity; address development and hiring needs
• Standardize technical discovery, demonstrations, Proof of Value engagements, and post-sale handoffs
• Lead from the front on strategic opportunities and help secure the technical win
• Partner with Product, Professional Services, Intelligence Services, and Channel to improve customer outcomes and inform Public Sector strategy
