About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and data‑driven Senior Analyst to join our team as a senior individual contributor. This role will focus on tracking and optimizing the performance of our pro sales team by leveraging advanced analytics to drive strategic business decisions and develop, monitor, and adjust compensation and commission plans. You will work closely with sales executives, sales operations teams, and product managers to determine optimal staffing levels, report on and analyze the performance of our sales reps, and identify actions to optimize productivity and profitability. As a key contributor, you will also support priority initiatives and the launch of new tools to improve overall sales efficiency.
