Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst based in the United States for a fully remote, high-impact role. You will turn Salesforce data into reliable sales execution, build dashboards, and ensure forecast accuracy while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Salesforce teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in sales analytics or related operations, strong Salesforce reporting skills, CPQ/CLM knowledge, and excellent Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in sales analytics or sales operations.
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Working knowledge of CPQ and CLM processes critical to the role.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong data reconciliation and interpretation.
• Attention to data quality and accuracy across CRM data.
• Ability to understand sales processes, forecasting, and CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline, forecasts, bookings, and compensation inputs.
• Maintain high-quality Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and leads.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support to sales teams and manage CRM workflows.
• Support quoting activities through Salesforce CPQ with accurate approvals and pricing rules.
• Follow up on deal status and updates to ensure reliable forecasts.
• Maintain campaign lead data and hand off qualified leads to opportunities.
• Assist Commercial Operations with ad hoc analyses and market reviews.
• Document reporting definitions, field standards, and CRM processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Salesforce teams to resolve issues.
