Jobgether SRL's partner in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will lead complex, enterprise-scale technology implementations with a strong Salesforce focus. You will guide delivery from planning through implementation, coordinating offshore and onshore teams while managing scope, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Ideal candidates have extensive Salesforce project delivery experience, multiple Salesforce certifications, and a consulting background.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Management experience leading large, complex technology projects with budgets and schedules.
• Experience managing 10–20 resources across multiple workstreams, including offshore teams.
• Extensive Salesforce implementation experience across medium to enterprise scale.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant, Developer, Architect).
• External CRM consulting background with strong client engagement.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
• Experience with integrations and data migration.
• Familiarity with hybrid waterfall and agile delivery models and governance.
• Strong budget, estimation, and scope management capabilities.
• Proven delivery track record meeting timelines and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead Enterprise Project Delivery across complex technology implementations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and milestones.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities and status reporting.
• Oversee cross-functional teams (10–20 resources), including offshore workstreams.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and scope with change control.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues.
• Ensure governance with stage-gate reviews and lifecycle standards.
• Support requirements gathering and solution planning.
• Oversee Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Coordinate data migration across systems.
• Operate in hybrid delivery models with both waterfall and agile practices.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate options to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Pursue Salesforce learning and certification within 12 months.
