CSG is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst – Risk Investigations to oversee collections activity and funding return processes within our Forte payments ecosystem.

You will act as a subject matter expert in post-originations risk events, leading efforts to recover funds, resolve balances, and investigate anomalies that trigger collections or returns, in collaboration with operations, finance, and compliance teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payments risk, collections, chargeback management, or financial investigations.
• Familiarity with ACH return codes, dispute resolution, and fraud controls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the end-to-end collections lifecycle for merchant accounts with outstanding balances.
• Review aging reports and prioritize queues based on risk exposure and recovery probability.
• Investigate root causes of returns and collections activity; coordinate remediation and next steps.
• Collaborate with Payments Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation.
• Identify patterns driving collections volume and propose process improvements.
• Escalate high‑risk or high‑value cases to senior management as needed.
