Job summary

CSG seeks a Senior Risk Analyst – Risk Investigations to oversee collections and funding returns within the Forte payments ecosystem. You will act as a subject matter expert on post-origination risk events, leading efforts to recover funds, resolve balances, and investigate anomalous transactions that trigger collections or returns.

• 3+ years of payments risk or investigations experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end collections lifecycle for merchant accounts
• Monitor funding returns and coordinate timely processing
• Investigate elevated risk accounts using transaction data
• Escalate and document complex cases with senior management
• Identify trends and report on collections performance
