Job summary

CSG is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst – Risk Investigations in the United States to oversee the collections lifecycle for merchant accounts, manage funding returns, and conduct in-depth risk investigations of high‑risk cases. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Compliance, interacting with merchants and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of ACH returns, dispute resolution, and experience in regulated payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of payments risk, collections, chargeback management, or financial investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with merchants and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end collections lifecycle for merchant accounts with outstanding balances.
• Review aging reports and prioritize collection queues based on risk exposure.
• Initiate and track outreach to merchants and coordinate repayment plans or escalations if needed.
• Maintain accurate records of collections activity and outcomes in case management systems.
• Identify patterns and recommend process or policy improvements.
