Job summary

Kuno Creative is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Strategist to lead complex, enterprise-scale HubSpot engagements, from strategy and hands-on implementation to ongoing optimization. This role works with RevOps leadership to scale the delivery capacity for large, multi-system client engagements, serving as a technical resource to a growing team.

The ideal candidate has deep HubSpot expertise across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs at the Enterprise level, strong integration

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale HubSpot engagements.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into insights for executives.
• Experience in RevOps, marketing/sales operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, implementation planning, and technical delivery for HubSpot Enterprise engagements.
• Advise clients' marketing, sales, and customer success leadership on RevOps strategy and workflows.
• Design AI-powered workflows and reporting for predictive modeling and forecasting.
• Develop repeatable frameworks, SOPs, and documentation for configurations and integrations.
