Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. This senior, client-facing role combines people leadership with deep Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot expertise.

You’ll partner with the Director to guide a team of RevOps Strategists, oversee complex engagements, and stay hands-on in architectures, audits, and implementations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM consulting.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management or team leadership.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and implementation experience.
• Deep experience with Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot; certification preferred or 2–3 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/MAP integrations, automation, and data governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead senior-level client conversations and translate technical issues into business recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to confidently manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, including workload management and performance support.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client and technical challenges.
• Own or oversee strategic client relationships and ensure delivery quality and satisfaction.
• Lead and support Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation audits and implementations.
• Provide hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Design lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, CRM/MAP integrations, and data governance.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Review strategist work for technical accuracy and strategic quality before delivery to clients.
• Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities with Account Directors and leadership.
• Support scoping, solution design, and new business conversations for RevOps opportunities.
• Develop repeatable processes and documentation as the RevOps practice scales.
• Monitor project health, capacity, and delivery risks across the team.
