Job summary

Greenhouse is a remote-first software company in the United States seeking a Senior Revenue Systems Specialist. You will own the go-to-market tech stack across Salesforce, Gainsight, and Accord, delivering data models, automation, and integrations that support pre- and post-sale efforts.

You’ll partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to implement solutions, migrate platforms, and document processes. This role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking, and ability to work across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• Several years in revenue operations or platform administration.
• B2B SaaS experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration: data modeling, declarative automation, permissions and reporting.
• Experience with Gainsight or similar post-sale platform.
• Experience standing up integrations independently and eliminating recurring failures.
• Experience owning a platform migration or consolidation end-to-end, including data movement.
• Clear written communication; explain complex setups to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and build Salesforce solutions, including data model design, automation, permissions, layouts and reporting, from scoping to rollout.
• Administer post-sale platforms (Gainsight, Accord) and coordinate with Customer Success Operations.
• Own integrations between Salesforce, Gainsight and the rest of the stack.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on requests and deliver working solutions.
• Lead platform migrations and consolidation as tech stack evolves.
• Document builds and reduce request volume through automation and self-service.
• Handle additional projects as business needs require.
