Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy & Operations in the United States to partner with Marketing on strategy, operations, and spend. You will own funnel performance, ROI modeling, and planning, translating cross-functional questions into actionable analyses and driving the plan to execution.

The role sits on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team and reports to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in high-growth tech or management consulting.
• Experience running quantitative analyses and leveraging AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Ability to distill complex problems into concrete plans and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the operating cadence with metrics, reviews, memos, and program management.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting; build dashboards.
• Lead high-impact projects from identification to execution with clear recommendations.
• Use AI to automate reporting and build reusable tools for the team.
• Document processes and onboard peers on the work you own.
