GitLab is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the go-to-market forecasting framework, policies for bookings and credits, and the quarterly forecast cadence. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Revenue Systems, Finance, and Deal Desk to drive efficient processes and accurate plans.

The role emphasizes writing clear documentation, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional leadership in a fully remote environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B subscription business.
• Understanding of pipeline stages, deal bookings and crediting, ARR definitions, and how compensation influences sales behavior.
• Strong data and analytics; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; build models from scratch.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives, involving manager when needed.
• Clear, concise writing for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort collaborating with CRO and leading process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the policies that define how deals are booked, credited, and forecasted; write and train on them.
• Identify process problems; size with data; drive fixes with Revenue Systems, Deal Desk, Enablement, or compensation.
• Partner with Revenue Systems to embed policy into system rules, validations, and alerts.
• Improve forecast methodology; track actuals vs forecast; reconcile with Finance and Revenue Analytics.
• Own weekly forecast readouts for the CRO and leadership; support annual planning with policy insights.
• Coordinate CRO org reviews; measure impact on pipeline hygiene, data quality, and bookings.
• Collaborate with Revenue Strategy & Ops, Finance, Product, Data, and Enablement; maintain cadence docs.
• Mentor team and improve our process documentation.
