Job summary

Instacart’s data org is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own end-to-end revenue operations across Sales and Customer Success for both CPG and Retail. You’ll design processes, own reporting, and partner with Commercial, Strategic Finance, and Product leadership to drive measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, forecasting models, and AI-enabled workflows, with a remote-friendly policy and equity grants as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar in a SaaS company; experience in CPG/Retail or pricing analytics preferred
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insight
• Fluent in using AI tools, agents, and workflow automations to eliminate manual reporting and data cleanup
• Experience with SQL and Tableau
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to leadership
• Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, prioritize solutions, and execute improvements independently
• Adept at working cross-functionally with a focus on aligning multiple stakeholders toward shared goals
• A self-starter able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Standardized reporting and forecasting models across CPG and Retail, providing leadership a single view of pipeline, renewals, and health
• Dashboards built and adopted across Sales and Customer Success used to drive decisions, tracking pipeline, renewal rate, expansion, and churn risk
• Identify and fix operational gaps with measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, data integrity, or efficiency
• Build and ship AI tools, agents, and workflow automations to reduce manual reporting and data cleanup
• Foster trusted operational relationships across teams with clean handoffs and minimal surprises
• Create process documentation and standardized frameworks as you go, not after the fact
