• Senior IC with ownership over cross-functional operating systems.
• Fluency in program management: workback schedules, risk management, project velocity.
• Systems mindset: standardizing processes and driving adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the core mechanics of how the media team plans, executes, and optimizes work.
• Build a scalable media operating system for budget pacing, reporting, and automation.
• Reduce manual work via AI and automation solutions.
