You will translate client priorities into operational strategies, lead corrective actions, and prepare executive reporting while mentoring delivery teams in a remote, collaboration-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of hospital revenue cycle operations experience with 5+ years managing teams.
• Advanced knowledge of billing workflows, insurance regulations, and government payer programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Epic or Cerner.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operational performance across assigned healthcare client accounts, including A/R days, cash performance, and denial trends.
• Lead corrective actions addressing operational deficiencies, revenue leakage, and cash variances while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and communicate performance insights, risks, and recovery plans to leadership and clients.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop operational team members, setting clear performance expectations and driving accountability.
