Qualifications

• Healthcare revenue cycle experience, including denials management.
• Experience using reporting tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze denied claims, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce denials and improve reimbursement.
• Review billing information, payer policies, and documentation to support accurate claim decisions and effective appeals.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, ICD-10, and state/federal requirements.
• Analyze revenue cycle data (demographics, verification, submissions, denials, payment history) to identify patterns and risks.
• Develop and communicate KPIs such as DSO, denial rates, clean claim rates, and collection efficiency.
• Partner with payers and internal teams to resolve outstanding claims and complex issues.
• Design workflow changes, training programs, system updates, and controls to improve efficiency.
• Supervise Revenue Cycle Specialists and Analysts through planning, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Translate findings into clear summaries and actionable next steps for stakeholders.
