Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, Provider Operations, to lead OMG's revenue cycle strategy across professional billing and coding. You will drive performance, controls, and KPIs, partnering with clinical, operations, finance, and compliance to optimize reimbursement and coding accuracy.

You will report to the Director, Clinical Operations, with a remote-first model that may evolve toward hybrid arrangements in the metro area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
• 3+ years leading revenue cycle programs or teams.
• Advanced knowledge of professional billing and coding, including CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, modifiers, payer requirements.
• Experience with coding and clinical documentation integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of OMG's revenue cycle function.
• Lead coding and documentation integrity strategies.
• Develop scalable revenue cycle policies and workflows.
• Advise OMG leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex revenue cycle issues.
