Job summary

Oscar Health in New York City is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, Provider Operations to lead OMG's revenue cycle strategy across professional billing, coding, and claims management.

You will partner with clinical, operations, finance, compliance, credentialing, and product teams to reduce denials, improve coding accuracy, and optimize reimbursement. This hybrid role reports to the Director, Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding, or related ops.
• 3+ years leading revenue cycle programs with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, modifiers, CCI/NCCI edits.
• Experience improving coding accuracy, reimbursement, and denials management.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of OMG's revenue cycle, including professional billing, coding, claims, denials, eligibility, and related workflows.
• Serve as the senior SME for coding and billing, CPT/ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and payer requirements.
• Establish and monitor revenue cycle KPIs and controls to improve clean claims and financial performance.
• Lead coding and documentation integrity strategies, including provider education and pre/post-bill review.
• Lead denial prevention and resolution strategies with cross-team actions.
• Partner with clinical leadership on ICD-10/HCC documentation and coding.
• Develop scalable revenue cycle policies, workflows, governance, and vendor oversight.
• Advise OMG leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities; drive complex initiatives.
