Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management to lead the Provider Operations revenue cycle across professional billing, coding, denials, and reimbursement. The role partners with clinical, operations, finance, compliance, credentialing, and product to identify risks and opportunities and translate them into scalable processes.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or related operations.
• 3+ years leading revenue cycle programs or teams.
• Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, modifiers, and payer requirements.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actions.

Aufgaben

• Own strategy and performance of OMG's revenue cycle functions.
• Serve as SME for coding and billing, including CPT/ICD-10-CM.
• Establish KPIs and controls to improve claims and reimbursement.
• Lead documentation integrity and pre/post-bill reviews.
• Drive denial prevention and cross-team corrective actions.
• Advise leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
