Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
• 3+ years leading revenue cycle programs or teams.
• Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and payer requirements.
• Experience with coding integrity and pre/post-bill review processes.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and performance of OMG's revenue cycle, including billing and denials.
• Lead coding and documentation integrity, including provider queries.
• Establish KPIs and controls to improve clean claims and reimbursement.
• Address denial trends with cross-functional teams and sustainable actions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Finance, Compliance, and Product for initiatives.
• Advise OMG leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
