TDS Telecom is seeking a Sr Analyst - Revenue Assurance to support billing accuracy, revenue integrity, risk mitigation, and process improvements. You will analyze billing, revenue, and customer data and act as a subject matter expert on revenue assurance.

This role offers remote work across the 40+ states where TDS operates, with collaboration across finance, IT, and operations to ensure controls, testing, validation, and reporting that protect revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years professional work experience).
• 3+ years of finance, billing, revenue assurance, analytics or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis of billing, revenue, customer, product, and operational data to identify risks, exceptions, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provides revenue assurance support for business initiatives, product, pricing, promotional, system, and other revenue-impacting changes; validates outcomes.
• Maintains documentation and supporting records; assesses controls and recommends enhancements.
• Provides revenue assurance expertise, analysis, recommendations, and business impact assessments to stakeholders.
• Identifies and supports opportunities to improve processes, reporting, controls, automation, and operational efficiency.
