Job summary

TierPoint, LLC. is seeking a Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst to safeguard revenue integrity through financial analysis, dispute investigations, and risk identification across Billing Operations and Revenue teams.

This hybrid role combines revenue assurance with billing support to ensure accurate customer financial outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in revenue operations or related fields, proficiency with Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and strong contract interpretation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience researching complex customer account activity and financial discrepancies.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Perform Customer Financial Resolution activities, including evaluation of customer claims, disputes, and account concerns.
Analyze customer account activity to identify revenue leakage opportunities and financial risk exposures.
Conduct root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements to protect revenue integrity.
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics related to customer disputes, account adjustments, and revenue risk trends.
Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support revenue validation and control activities.
Support Billing Operations with investigations and escalations and help optimize processes.
