Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional work experience.
• 3+ years of finance, billing, revenue assurance, analytics or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis of billing, revenue, customer, product, and operational data to identify risks, exceptions, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provides revenue assurance support for business initiatives, product, pricing, promotional, system, and other revenue-impacting changes.
• Maintains documentation, control evidence, and supporting records related to revenue assurance activities.
• Provides revenue assurance expertise, analysis, recommendations, and business impact assessments to stakeholders.
• Identifies and supports opportunities to improve processes, reporting, controls, automation, and operational efficiency.
