Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Sr Analyst - Revenue Assurance to support billing accuracy and revenue integrity. You’ll analyze billing, revenue and operational data, validate changes, and guide improvements across controls and reporting.

Remote work is possible in the 40+ states where TDS Telecom operates, with a focus on risk mitigation, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
• 3+ years of finance, billing, revenue assurance, analytics or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing, revenue, customer, product and operational data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide revenue assurance support for initiatives and validate outcomes before/after changes.
• Maintain documentation, controls and evidence; suggest enhancements for compliance and efficiency.
• Communicate risks and results to stakeholders; guide training and special projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and automation to reduce manual effort.
