Job summary

Strongpoint Partners’ Pension Financial Services arm seeks an experienced Sr. Retirement Plan Consultant to manage a portfolio of 65–75 qualified plans.

This role requires 5–7+ years of full‑cycle administration, advanced technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring colleagues while delivering exceptional client service. This is a fully remote position for candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones, with a preference for the Atlanta area on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full‑cycle qualified retirement plan administration experience.
• ASPPA QKA designation strongly preferred.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of ~65–75 qualified retirement plans from A–Z.
• Perform annual compliance testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 401(a)(4), 414(s)).
• Coordinate annual valuations and collect year‑end census information for actuarial partners.
• Deliver AVR, participant statements, Form 5500 filings, and client communications.
• Review plan documents and recommend design enhancements.
