Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Associate or in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with retail products and online sales platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with promptness and professionalism.
