Lulu and Georgia is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote team. Based in Los Angeles, CA, you will engage with customers via email, live chat, and phone, assisting with product inquiries and order issues.

You’ll coordinate with our warehouse and shipping partners to resolve problems and help improve the shopping experience. This role suits someone who enjoys interior design, eCommerce and sales, with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to details.
• A customer-first mentality.
• Availability for varied hours from Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday (holidays may be required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, engage in live chats, and answer phone calls regarding product and order inquiries.
• Assist with customer orders, shipping issues, and returns processing.
• Be a brand expert and knowledgeable about all products.
• Be a solutions minded advocate when faced with complicated situations.
• Communicate with our warehouse and shipping partners to resolve outstanding issues.
• Analyze customer feedback and coordinate with management to continuously improve the shopping experience.
