CohnReznick is seeking a Resource Management, Senior Specialist (Assurance) in the Southwest region, operating in Pacific Time business hours. This remote role may require occasional office presence and up to 10% travel.

You will monitor utilization, approve requests in RM tools, and deliver monthly staffing metrics, shaping workforce planning across advisory, assurance, and tax services.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree in Business Management/Administration or Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of Tax or Assurance resource management or workforce planning experience.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables/macros and analytics.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate requirements into actions for business units.

Responsabilités

• Monitor utilization levels against plans for a large professional staff.
• Approve resource requests and PTO in the RM tool.
• Understand specialization requirements and geographic considerations.
• Maintain knowledge of employees' skills and career interests.
• Deliver monthly staffing metrics and improve visibility of unallocated resources.
• Ensure labor workforce is planned according to SLAs and operational needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
