Job summary

CohnReznick in California is seeking an Assurance Senior to join the Financial Services Industry team, based in Los Angeles or San Francisco. This hybrid role expects in-office collaboration about 3 days per week and offers a clear path to leadership on client engagements.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, CPA or eligibility, 3+ years in public accounting, and strong MS Office and audit software skills. A discretionary bonus and generous PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm.
• Financial Services Experience Preferred.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans
• Illustrate budgets and schedules
• Actively participate in proposals
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
• Gain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership
