Qualificações

• Bachelors or Associates degree or 3–5 years relevant experience.
• 3–5 years resource management experience in a professional services firm.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; proficient in scheduling tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the resource manager and leaders with scheduling and engagement management.
• Generate utilization, forecasting, and financial analyses for staffing decisions.
• Monitor schedules to balance workloads and improve utilization.
• Support implementation of firm-wide programs and rotations as needed.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Onboard and orient new hires to scheduling processes.
• Proofread and verify scheduling data for accuracy.
• Maintain understanding of business needs and strategic goals.
• Engage internal clients as trusted advisors on timeliness and service quality.
• Share best practices and stay current with scheduling technology.
