Brewer Morris is seeking an Assurance Manager or Assurance Senior Manager for a fully remote role, with candidates based in PST or MST. The position requires strong U.S. GAAP/GAAS knowledge and leadership to manage engagements and grow client relationships.

The role emphasizes team development, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality assurance services to a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS
• Experience leading assurance engagements and teams
• Proven client service and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assurance engagements through full cycle
• Evaluate complex accounting and auditing matters for clients
• Manage engagement economics: pricing, budgeting, staffing, and profitability
• Act as trusted adviser to client executives and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and internal controls
• Collaborate with tax/advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support business development and cross-selling in existing accounts
• Mentor and develop staff and seniors on engagements
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the firm
• Demonstrate professionalism and high-quality client service
