Arbor Research Collaborative for Health seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse set of research and program initiatives. This remote role requires coordinating with project staff, PI/Program Directors, and funders to ensure milestones, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.

The position reports to the PMO Manager, works 40 hours per week, and operates across multiple contract types and funds.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, quantitative social science, or management with 10 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent and experience managing large teams.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain project work plans and resource estimates.
• Create generalized project cost estimates and manage expenditures.
• Negotiate resources with project stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure progress and understanding of work plans.
• Prepare project-related products and reports for quality and compliance.
• Serve as liaison to client or funding agency leadership and provide regular progress updates.
• Provide budget and progress reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.
