Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Economics, Public Health, Public Policy, etc.).
• Progressively more responsible statistical programming experience.
• At least 4 years professional experience with statistical software, SAS preferred (e.g., survival analysis).
• Excellent understanding of statistical concepts and health care analytics.
• Strong oral/written communication with sponsors and policy makers.
• Strong mentoring skills including supervisory or teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research development with lead investigators and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Contribute to design of analytical approaches for specific research questions.
• Adhere to analytical checklists, code reviews, and documentation standards.
• Prepare medical and statistical research papers and presentations.
• Assist authors with tables and figures for manuscripts and reports.
• Present results in public forums to biostatisticians and clinicians.
