Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Economics, Public Health, or related field.
• Progressively responsible statistical programming experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience with statistical software, SAS preferred (survival analysis).
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and health care analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Mentoring skills and supervisory or teaching experience.
• Demonstrated Arbor Research project/contract expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research development with lead investigators to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Design analytical approaches for specific research questions.
• Develop SAS code and verify accuracy of analyses.
• Prepare medical and statistical papers and presentations for epidemiologic and health policy research.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to project objectives.
