You will work in a remote-first environment, handling high-velocity outreach, optimizing conversion, and collaborating with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, and Accounting teams.

The role emphasizes results, mentorship to junior reps, and pilot-testing new tech while using Salesforce to track activity and progress.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Competitive and metric-driven mindset.
• Experience updating deals daily in a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Comfort with high phone activity and auto-dialer.
• Ability to pivot from no to yes with consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Consultant: Speak with business owners to assess goals and renewal options.
• Drive the Dialer: maintain high-volume outbound calls.
• Salesforce Execution: manage high-velocity lead queues and real-time funnel updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support funding outcomes.
• Mentor junior reps through daily processes.
• Optimize performance by diagnosing issues and pivoting.
