Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Competitive and metric-driven mindset.
• 1+ years updating deals daily in a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Comfortable with high phone activity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Consultant: talk with business owners to assess goals and renewal options.
• Drive the Dialer: maintain high-volume outbound calling and pitches.
• Salesforce Execution: manage lead queues and keep records updated in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support funding outcomes (Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Collections, Accounting).
• Mentor junior reps and share daily processes and initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and pivot strategies to improve conversions.
