Job summary

EcoVolt USA is seeking a Senior Development Manager to drive the full lifecycle of solar and storage project development from inception throughRTB/NTP. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage permitting and interconnection tasks, and ensure titles and land control are secured.

Remote-friendly with core CST hours, you will travel for on-site visits as needed. You will leverage deep ERCOT market knowledge and collaboration with engineering, legal, and land teams to de-risk development and

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in renewable energy project development.
Experience developing PV and BESS within the ERCOT market.
Comprehensive understanding of the renewable energy development cycle (site control, permitting, interconnection, environmental due diligence).
Remote flexibility with ability to work core hours in Central Time Zone.
Travel for site and office visits as needed.

Responsibilities

Own the development process for solar and storage projects from origination to RTB/NTP.
Navigate permitting and environmental/resolution processes with consultants and regulators.
Support interconnection activities and coordinate with transmission providers/ISOs.
Collaborate with land, legal, engineering, and other functions to de-risk development.
Support ERCOT market-focused activities and respond to buyer Q&A.
