Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Manager, Development to advance utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the Western U.S. from identification through construction readiness.

The ideal candidate will manage land rights, permits, interconnection, and stakeholder engagement in rural communities with a focus on wind development. This is a hybrid role, with Houston as the hub and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of project development experience in the energy industry.
• Renewable energy project experience preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Advance one or more priority projects to construction-ready status with land rights, permits, and local agreements.
• Represent Repsol in the field and with community stakeholders; maintain project control tools.
• Contribute to strategic pipeline growth and support M&A due diligence as needed.
• Collaborate with Interconnection and Energy Assessment teams on interconnection and resource measurement.
