CD PROJEKT RED in the United States invites a Senior Rendering Engineer to join the team working on Cyberpunk 2, leveraging Unreal Engine 5 to push visual fidelity in a large-scale open world.

You will maintain and optimize rendering systems, collaborate with engineers and artists, and ensure performance across CPU and GPU. This role offers hybrid/in-office or remote options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience
• Experience with AAA console titles and Unreal Engine
• Fluent in C++ and graphics programming
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 or in-house engine
• Strong understanding of modern rendering techniques and CPU/GPU architectures
• Multithreaded programming experience
• Experience with low-level graphics APIs (DirectX12, Vulkan, etc.)
• Ability to profile and optimize performance
• Effective communication and ownership mindset
• Proactive team collaboration
